“What a difference a little extra humidity makes. Our home was at 27 to 29 percent humidity in this desert environment, so we added an April Air Steam humidifier with a Trane thermostat that controls both temperature and humidity. We now have 40% humidity and can lower the temperature a couple degrees and still be warmer than we were before. Nate, S&S sales manager, is very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does, and so were the two installers, Drew and Jordi. All of them were friendly and courteous. The one-year guarantee on the system and installation is an added plus. My wife and I highly recommend S&S!”

The person taking the service call was delightful. She scheduled an appointment very quickly. The service technician was knowledgeable and friendly. When it was determined that my 15 year old unit needed to be replaced I was happy to hear from the sales representative later that night around 9pm. He scheduled an appointment to outline my options. I felt that his presentation was informative and I especially appreciated his honest approach. I had checked the record of S&S Mechanical Contractors with the Better Business Bureau before contacting them for a service call and was confident that they had a good reputation in the community. The installers for the new unit arrived on time and worked all day to get the system up and running. They cleaned up the house and left me feeling satisfied that I picked the right contractor. On top of it all the salesman returned after a few days to inspect the installation and ask if I had any questions or concerns. They did a great job from start to finish!”
